Volker Hesse was invited as a speaker at the World-Mediation Summit which takes place from 7 to 10 June 2016 in Madrid. Volker’s presentation will cover the potential of mediation procedures in sports disputes.

Volker Hesse was appointed as arbitrator of the St. Galler Schiedsordnung.

• mainly a sole arbitrator is appointed and
• an award is issued within one year.
